Shipping

 

Every product you order is custom manufactured on demand just for you after your order is placed. Orders usually ship out within 3-7 business days. However, we always try to get them out sooner and most often do!

If your package is lost, we will be happy to try and help you locate it.  However, the first step in trying to locate the package is to contact your local post office.  Your package becomes the property of the United States Postal Service when they pick it up from our facility.  If you do not choose to add shipping insurance to your order, we cannot be held liable for any missing and/or damaged packages.  If the USPS shows that your package was delivered to the address on the order, no claim can be made and your item will not be covered under the shipping insurance.
 

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact USPS. Issues like this are beyond our control once the package leaves our store.

All payments are secured through Wix e-commerce and Paypal. We accept all major credit cards as well.

Returns & Refunds

 

Our goal at Ava Bella Designs is always to bring you quality products that you will love. We understand that there are times when things aren't always what you had hoped for with fit, etc.

 Therefore, If you need to return/exchange something, we offer a 10 day (from the date of purchase) return/exchange upon approval. To receive approval you will need to send an email to jactondesigns@gmail.com with the order number, a description of each item returning, and a reason for return. We will respond in a very timely manner to your request.
